   In these classes we work on the concept of body awareness through tools derived from dance disciplines such as African and Belly Dance as a base work tools drawn from other disciplines of contemporary movement, and Pilates Method.

The class starts with a progressive warming up and active stretching, reactivating muscles and releasing joints. After that, we work using the contact with the ground as the driving element of the movement and the different supporting points. We use diagonals to rotate and move in space, postural placement, basic technique, weight changes, body and space, the different heights, and directions, spatial memory, scenic presence, among others, to discover new movements, sensations, inspiration and creativity!
