Pilates, Dance and physical conscience in motion
We work in classes with a limited number of students, paying attention to the basic fundamentals of this method, such as the assimilation of critical connections and the understanding the concepts of working slow and consciously. The purpose of these classes is for the students to understand basic concepts about body awareness through the Pilates method and assimilate them, incorporating them into their daily routine. Classes are adapted to each level of experience.
